Receivership catalog

Operating guide

How Receivership And Bankruptcy Work

The catalog treats a company as discoverable only when a first-party court, regulator, company registry, or issuer filing creates the signal. Secondary writeups, claims-agent pages, and receiver pages can enrich later, but they cannot create rows.

Date rule

Use the court filing, court order, registry event, or official publication date that starts the legal process. Preserve earlier application dates separately when they matter.

PACER RSS, SEC, OSB, BODACC, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Brreg, Czech ISIR

Court-level PACER/CM-ECF bankruptcy RSS, public-company US filings, Canadian CCAA records, and French collective-procedure notices run through first-party collectors. Austria Ediktsdatei, Switzerland SHAB/SOGC, Czech ISIR, Denmark Statstidende, Finland Legal Register Centre, Estonia Ametlikud Teadaanded, Latvia Register of Enterprises, Lithuania AVNT, Slovakia IS REPLIK, Slovenia AJPES, Spain RPC liquidation sales, and Norway Brønnøysund add official European register coverage for company insolvency openings, reconstruction notices, legal-protection proceedings, and productive-unit sale processes.

Credential gated

PACER PCL, Companies House, CRO

PACER Case Locator, Companies House, Rechtspraak CIR, and Ireland CRO are implemented as gated connectors or checkpoints and need account credentials, subscription endpoints, or query-path configuration. PACER PCL is configured for bounded daily debtor-company discovery; use explicit vars before broader Chapter 7 or long-range sweeps.

Court follow-up

Deadlines and sale docs

A register signal is enough to create a candidate. Acquisition deadlines require docket and document extraction where available.

Production Readiness

Scheduled updates

A receivership-only workflow runs every four hours and the daily all-data workflow runs the same strict receivership verifier before publishing.

Strict source health

The verifier blocks stale datasets, missing same-date raw snapshots, truncated live sources, and non-first-party evidence.

Remaining gates

PACER PCL, Companies House, Netherlands CIR, Ireland CRO, German court notices, Norway XML, and Canadian provincial receivership portals still require credentials or terms review.

Europe Expansion Queue

These are mapped first-party national registers or official EU register pages for the next coverage wave. They do not create candidates yet; rows should only enter the catalog after a connector captures a date-bounded official source snapshot and cites the national register or court record behind the result.
